If you read a little about me, you know that my passion is helping women to THRIVE in their lives. One of the ways I support them in this is through my programs. While there are some aspects of the program that are the “standard” or constants, the programs themselves are custom to each person I am working with. Because, after all, we are all VERY unique and different…and so are our needs!

A few of the constants that are in my programs are SIMPLICITY, NUTRITION, NATURE, and FUN! Each of these, while a constant, look different for each person. I have found that working on these areas, as part of the foundation to better health, has been very beneficial! Let’s move forward together!

Thoughts before working with me…

In order for you to get the best experience possible, and for me to best help you, there are a few pieces of info that can be helpful when making your decision.

  • I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I am NOT a medical doctor, dietician, or clinical therapist – I cannot diagnose, treat, prescribe. I DO, however, work together with many medical and health professionals to help give a holistic approach to your health. And, I CAN listen and help you find further resources and supports if you need!
  • I am here to help guide you, and be an advocate for you on your journey. You will take the lead!
  • We will work together to find what works best for YOU! This is NOT a one size fits all diet…or diet at all!

If you are interested in learning a little more about how I can help you on your journey, see if we would be a good fit to work together, or maybe you have questions about the process or what’s involved, this is a great place to start! You will set up this 20 minute session with me to help answer any questions you have before you take on the next steps in your journey.


While this assessment is not diagnostic, it is a comprehensive, clinical view that shows where your individual nutritional weaknesses may be, along with organs and glands that may need a little extra support. We will work together using this information to build a plan and create action steps to help you move forward on your health journey!



While a Discovery Session is typically how I like to start with a NEW Client, this is not necessarily needed for all of those that I work with. So, you can start out with the Initial Consultation for this service. BUT, before we meet, I have a bit of paperwork for you to complete!

Once you have completed the paperwork and I have prepared your assessment, we will meet for our Initial Consultation. Based on the information you shared and my findings, I will share personalized lifestyle and nutrition recommendations to help you move ahead on your journey. We may need to make some adjustments or even additions – this is OK! Once we have your plan finalized, you will go on your way and begin creating change!

You can schedule your follow-up a few weeks later so we can evaluate how things are going and discuss next steps. For some, it may be the addition of another program or simply adding some more follow-up visits. This is meant to be personal…all of it! The packages and your journey!


We all need to start somewhere! This is a great place to do just that!

Laying a solid foundation with daily behaviors is key on your health journey. In this package, we will work together finding the specific behaviors that will help you to begin your journey…or continue! This is also a great way to “get back on the wagon”!

In the Foundations Package we will work on areas of health like:



After the Discovery Session, you will schedule your Initial Consultation and complete some paperwork to help me build a plan that is specific to your health goals. At your Initial Consultation, I will review the paperwork with you, asking further questions to gain a better understanding of the direction you want to go – your true goals. Your true WHY!

Together we will solidify your health goals and create actionable, and attainable, steps to help you achieve those goals!

Just a note: It is OK and NORMAL for your health goals to change a bit along the way! We can adjust and pivot as needed. This is all part of a flowing journey.

After this Initial Consultation, we will set up your first of three follow-up sessions and you will go out into the world and get to work! I will be there between sessions via chat. When we meet for your follow-up sessions, we will discuss how your goals went. What may need to change or stay the same.

Depending on your goals and needs, I will often share helpful tips and resources to help you along the way!


Minerals are the spark plugs of the body! This makes them essential for all sorts of processes that happen within the body. Making sure that things are running smoothly is important – if one area is out of sorts, it can have some negative downstream effects.

An HTMA is a lab test that uses hair samples to measure the content of minerals, as well as toxic heavy metals, in the hair. Hair contains all the minerals present in the body, so it gives a a nice look at what elements are in your tissues…a nice window into your body’s environment!

This test allows us to better understand nutritional needs, metabolic events, and much more. A great piece in the health journey puzzle! We will use this valuable information to not only build a plan of action around nutrition and lifestyle changes, but adding in the supplements that will be most helpful for YOU!



All NEW Clients must start with a Discovery Session. This is to be sure we are headed in the right direction for your health needs and we are a good fit to work together.

From there, you will be given detailed instructions on how to collect your hair sample and send it to the lab. While we wait for the lab to process the results, you will complete a bit of paperwork and a Nutritional Assessment.

The results can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to return – sometimes sooner – depending on how busy the lab is. Once the results are back, we will meet for our Initial Health Consultation. At this consultation, we will discuss the results of your HTMA and Nutritional Assessment. Based on the information provided by you, the Nutritional Assessment, and HTMA, I will present your personalized plan which will include nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.

After confirming the recommendations and action steps, you will go to work! We will set up your first follow-up visit, usually 3-4 weeks later. In the meantime, you will be supported through email/chat.
