HEALY
The Healy is the newest addition to my personal healing journey! A dear friend, Jessica, introduced me to this wonderful, but powerful device in late 2023. It took me a bit of time and thinking before I actually made the leap and purchased my own in early 2024, but it has been one of THE MOST AMAZING leaps I have taken on my health journey!
According to the Healy website, “The Healy is a small but very versatile device (controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone) that uses Individualized Microcurrent Frequency (IMF) programs to harmonize your Bioenergetic Field for many important areas of life.”
There are different “Editions” of the Healy, programs that come with the device to harmonize the Bioenergetic Field. The cool thing, you can start out small, and upgrade to the next Edition as you are able and feel it is best for you! Or, like I did, you can take a big leap right away and go for the “Professional Edition”!

Peace & Beads
If you see me out in the “wild”, or on a video call, you will probably notice that I am wearing “at least” 3 forms of beaded something! While I do enjoy wearing jewelry, my choice in jewelry tends to serve a purpose…just like my choice in nutrition!

This is often the FIRST suggestion that I will offer to clients as they get started with me. We can learn so much about ourselves and our body, if we just take the time to slow down and pay attention….and of course, journal it!
This 90 day healing journal by A Gutsy Girl, is so well thought out and comprehensive, yet simple. There is space to track sleep, mood, water, bowel movements, and so much more! She also has some really inspiring and empowering quotes throughout. I just love it!

SUPPLEMENTS & More
While I advocate for getting as MUCH of your nutrients from whole foods, sometimes we need to supplement along the way. Supplementation looks different for each person, and at different points in the journey. For instance, there are some supplements that I wasn’t able to take when I first started out, but am able to take and better absorb now….and vice versa. Some that I started out with and no longer need to take. With ALL of this, it is best to work with your health provider on what is best for you and your body.
