Oatmeal – Creamy Protein
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats Try and find a gluten free, Non-GMO brand. I personally like One Degree Organic Foods brand.
- 2 TBS Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2-1 Cup Greek Yogurt You can use plain of vanilla.
- 1/2 Cup Berries Try blueberries, raspberries, or even strawberries!
- 1 TBS Pumpkin Seeds Look for a brand that is sprouted.
- Maple syrup, honey, sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Cook your rolled oats according to the package instructions.
- While the oats are cooking, mix together your yogurt and protein powder.
- Once the oatmeal is cooked, add to the yogurt mixture.
- Add seeds, berries and drizzle with sweetener of choice.
- ENJOY!
