Overnight Oats – Raspberry Dream

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Milk of choice Whole milk, almond milk, coconut milk
  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 TBS Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 TSP Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh or frozen Raspberries Or fruit of choice.

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, flax, cinnamon, milk, yogurt in container.
  • Stir well.
  • Top with fruit.
  • Cover container and store in fridge overnight. (at least 8 hours)
  • ENJOY!
