Overnight Oats – Raspberry Dream
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Cup Milk of choice Whole milk, almond milk, coconut milk
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 TBS Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 TSP Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Fresh or frozen Raspberries Or fruit of choice.
Instructions
- Combine oats, flax, cinnamon, milk, yogurt in container.
- Stir well.
- Top with fruit.
- Cover container and store in fridge overnight. (at least 8 hours)
