Overnight Oats – Strawberries & Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 TBS Chia Seeds
- 2/3 Cup Milk of choice
- 2/3 Cup Berries Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, or a mixture!
- 2 TBS Chopped Walnuts Try for sprouted walnuts.
Instructions
- Add oats, chia seeds, and milk to container.
- Stir well.
- Top with berries and cover.
- Place in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours)
- Add walnuts when ready to eat.
- ENJOY!
