Overnight Oats - Strawberries & Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 TBS Chia Seeds
  • 2/3 Cup Milk of choice
  • 2/3 Cup Berries Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, or a mixture!
  • 2 TBS Chopped Walnuts Try for sprouted walnuts.

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, chia seeds, and milk to container.
  • Stir well.
  • Top with berries and cover.
  • Place in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours)
  • Add walnuts when ready to eat.
  • ENJOY!
