Rolled Oats

Chia Seeds

Cup
Milk of choice
2/3
Cup
Berries
Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, or a mixture!

Chopped Walnuts
Try for sprouted walnuts.
Instructions
Add oats, chia seeds, and milk to container.
Stir well.
Top with berries and cover.
Place in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours)
Add walnuts when ready to eat.
