Rolled Oats

Cup
Milk of choice
Whole milk, almond milk, coconut milk
1/4
Cup
Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
1
TBS
Ground Flax Seeds
1
TSP
Ceylon Cinnamon
1/2
Cup
Fresh or frozen Raspberries
Or fruit of choice.
Instructions
Combine oats, flax, cinnamon, milk, yogurt in container.
Stir well.
Top with fruit.
Cover container and store in fridge overnight. (at least 8 hours)
