Rolled Oats
Try and find a gluten free, Non-GMO brand. I personally like One Degree Organic Foods brand.

Vanilla Protein Powder

Cup
Greek Yogurt
You can use plain of vanilla.

Berries
Try blueberries, raspberries, or even strawberries!

Pumpkin Seeds
Look for a brand that is sprouted.
Maple syrup, honey, sweetener of choice
Instructions
Cook your rolled oats according to the package instructions.
While the oats are cooking, mix together your yogurt and protein powder.
Once the oatmeal is cooked, add to the yogurt mixture.
Add seeds, berries and drizzle with sweetener of choice.
