Oatmeal - Creamy Protein

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats Try and find a gluten free, Non-GMO brand. I personally like One Degree Organic Foods brand.
  • 2 TBS Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2-1 Cup Greek Yogurt You can use plain of vanilla.
  • 1/2 Cup Berries Try blueberries, raspberries, or even strawberries!
  • 1 TBS Pumpkin Seeds Look for a brand that is sprouted.
  • Maple syrup, honey, sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Cook your rolled oats according to the package instructions.
  • While the oats are cooking, mix together your yogurt and protein powder.
  • Once the oatmeal is cooked, add to the yogurt mixture.
  • Add seeds, berries and drizzle with sweetener of choice.
  • ENJOY!
