Easy Going Cherry Smoothie

A yummy cherry smoothie that is not only easy on the taste buds and easy to make, it is also easy on the gut. Some great anti-inflammatory ingredients here!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs OR Cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Raw Pepitas (Pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Walnut Milk or other nut milk See notes below for my preference here!
  • 1 scoop Collagen or Protein Powder See notes below for my preference here!

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend it up.
  • Sip away, and ENJOY!

Notes

** THIS is the milk of choice for me in this smoothie.
**When using collagen in this recipe, I prefer an unflavored like THIS one. 
*Sometimes I will add a tbsp of almond butter if I need a little something extra!
*If I want my smoothie REALLY chocolatey, I go for the cacao powder instead of the nibs.
