My Coaching Practice Foundation

When chatting with clients, I like to use analogies. I often use an analogy about having a solid, healthy foundation, or pillars of health. They will vary based on what we are talking about. When it comes to my coaching practice, and the programs that I offer, it is important to me that I have a foundation with those as well.

With it being the start of a new year (as I am writing this) and the REFRESH of The Well-House underway, I thought it would be a great idea to share with you more about the foundations I use in my coaching practice. Before I go further, here they are:

The Well-House Coaching Foundation

  • SIMPLICITY
  • NUTRITION
  • NATURE
  • FUN

I like to use aspects of each of these areas in my coaching practice to help guide clients to better health. You may be thinking…“uh, I am NOT a nature lover…am I going to have to go on a hike in your program?!” Valid question! The answer: not if you don’t want to! You see, each of these areas will mean different things to different people. Maybe the NATURE part for you IS getting out into nature and going on a hike. Maybe it’s getting more in-tune with your body…its’ natural rhythms.

The point here is, I have found that incorporating players in each of these categories has been key for successes of health goals. Again, they will depend on YOU. What works BEST for YOU! After all, this is your journey…I am just here to help hold the roadmap up when you need. (Another analogy for ya!)

In health,

Stephanie

Stay tuned over the next few weeks, as I will share a bit more about each of these four areas that help to create the foundation of my coaching programs and practice!
