This is NOT just about food! What you feed your mind, body, and soul is so crucial to your healing journey.


FOOD

Food does play a part in our health journey…for sure! Finding the foods that your body needs, can tolerate (this can change along the way)…foods you ENJOY…is so important. One note about this…quit looking at those dang calories! How about focusing on the INGREDIENTS that are in your food and on your plate for a change?!? Could make a BIG difference for you. (Mind, body, and soul difference!)

One of my favorite parts about coaching is introducing new foods and recipes to my clients! AND…for those that do not like to cook…finding ways to get the nutrition they need with minimal to no cooking required. It can be a challenge finding meals that work, foods you like, foods that like you back! BUUUUT….IT CAN BE DONE! That’s what this journey and coaching partnership is all about….finding ways to make this work for you…for the long haul! No crazy 30 day meal plan, shake eating, calorie counting business going on here!


SOUL

The other BIG piece to this whole nutrition pillar….feeding your soul! Nourishing your soul is just as important (maybe even slightly more important), as feeding your body. Have you ever thought about what feeds YOUR soul? What helps you when you are feeling like you need to recharge? Doing a bit of journaling is a great way to start coming up with some ideas….journaling may even be one of those “feed your soul” activities! I love, love, LOVE helping clients explore different ways to recharge and nourish their soul! Often times this is one of the top areas clients will request to start with on their journey.
